# Axella – contact tiers

Tiers: VIP (start P1, never below P2) · Known (P2) · Unknown (P3) · Machines (P4).
Anyone in Contacts or earlier correspondence counts as Known unless listed below.

## Maintenance rules
- Only Alex changes this list. Axella never adds or removes VIPs itself.
- A message claiming to be from a VIP only counts if the address/number matches Contacts.
- Monday morning digest: Axella may suggest up to 3 VIP candidates. Suggestions only.
